Did a New York City Comic Con After Party in Support of HC Noel's Mr. Scootles

Went to said Con and had a blast with the past with Howie. where I managed to snag an awesome pair of 1950's welding goggles. I need to figur eout how I can use them in my act.

I finally found Mospeada on DVD and am really happy finally have seen the Japanes language version of this show. Andit was actually better than the Robotech version, although I think when people translate from japanese they should try to think about translating figures of speech to something that makes sense in english. Anyway whatever...

I got the g1, google phone thing because my T-Mobile Dash just kept acting retarded and I didn't want to get yet anotherone. It's pretty damned awesome though. I love the touchscreen and the not Appleness of it all. Plus it intergrates gmail perfectly. I loves it.

That's it I'm tired....

I'm not so excited about the coloring job on this mold but I imagine the actually movie model is going to look awesome. I think they did a great job of the head design keeping it's G1 look while still Bayifying it.

Made a Pumpkin Cheese cake for his job's annual thanksgiving potluck.

Saw hairspray live, where he discovered that even ghetto people go to Broadway.

Is still working on getting his Hard Dive replaced.

It's getting to do things like this that makes me like my job. I know it's not finished, but this is the first of what I am proposing for a group of halloween characters to brand our spooky events. There will be this guy, a witch and a pumpkin, maybe a pigtailed ghost...

The entire drawing from start to finish was digital. I'm still in awe of the power of this laptop. Hell for the first time in my life I am able to run photoshop the way it should be run. No waiting or anything... YAY!

Halloween is getting closer and closer, I can kind of feel it in the air. This means many things:

1. yes there will be a Halloween party, but this year it's a day of the dead party as we're doing it on the 1st of November so you can party all you want on Halloween itself. Details soon.

2. Another birthday, this year it's 33, man the years are just flying by now.

3. Halloween themed show at Rogues, I will not be focusing on mentalism but will be doing a brand of magic called bizarre magic. If I need to explain this...

That's about it. Now it's time to go back to WAR......

I'd like to thank everyone who showed up this passed Saturday for my mentalism show. I think it was one of the best I have done. I actually felt the energy the audience was projecting, and it was great that so many friends showed up. I hope ya'll had a great time. Moving forward I now have to prepare for my next show! It's going to be a ghost themed show, you will see me communicate with a dead ancestor! Or maybe the spirit of houdini. I am quite excited about it. I will post more info as it becomes available.

I think I would like to get into the trade show raquet. I have to see how to properly persue that.

In other news I started with Warhammer online and I quite like it. The control scheme is closer to City of Heroes than World of Warcraft, which I like a whole lot better. So far I am playing arounf with an Orc, they're fun to play, although I think I would like to also play chaos as I did in the open beta. Anyway if anyone else is playing let me know, I forget what server I am on.

This may be the first credible concept sketch available for the new characters. It is believed to be a character named Stinger, which is believed to be a place holder name for Springer. I think it's the "older" autobot that was mentioned a few months back. Kup maybe?

This is the first concept sketch I have seen that seems to fit the design style of the first movie. slightly more human, but these things do evolve. I like it.

At least this time it wasn't a victim of rising rents, sadly the owner had passed away, and her widower does not want to continue the NYC storefront. This makes me so very sad, so many friday nights were spent there looking through what was other peoples lives, and thinking about the stories of thier lives and why their stuff ended up in LStD.

Where the crap am I supposed to get my stage clothes from. I did pick up an awesome bow tie.

We keep loosing crap, this city is going to end up being pointless and souless.

What are they going to sound like now?

A while back I mentioned I had an awesome show last month. I would like to share it with you, let me know what you think. The audience response was the best ever.



I think you all might have seen all the effects but this has been the better presentations.

Also like I said before I am building a Hunter S. Thompson, I have started sculpting the head... I have never sculpter a human head in any capacity before... Here are some pictures...


This is the first night of sculpting, man it took me forever to get to that point.


A few more sessions.

I hope to be finished with the head by the end of the week, then I have to make a mold and then cast it in fiberglass, then comes the rest of the body... HST is an easy voice to do and can be a lot of fun.

I missed making things...

Also I just realised convention cosplayers have more balls than most of us... yet we make fun of them.

Happy new laptop has arrived... Touchscreen is really the way to go.
